'Hybrid Configuration Service may be limited' error in HCW

You may see the following error in the Exchange Hybrid Configuration Wizard saying:

If you examine the HCW logs you will see the following errors:

2020.02.05 18:52:23.852 *ERROR* 10309 [Client=UX, Thread=1] HCW8108 Hybrid Configuration Service may be limited.

I reached out to Office 365 support and was told that the asl.configure.office.com endpoint is deprecated and is no longer being used. An update will be coming out soon for the HCW.
